2. What forms of payment are accepted?
Tikoli currently accepts credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Your credit card will be charged for your order plus shipping when we ship your order. If you have any questions about your purchase or shipping charges, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

3. Do you accept personal checks, PayPal or money orders?
No, at this time we only accept the credit cards listed above.

4. Do I pay sales tax on my purchases?
Sales tax will be charged on sales or deliveries made within the state of California.

5. What is your shipping policy?
Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after it is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Domestic packages are shipped with FedEx. You may select Ground, Third Day Air, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air during the checkout process.
Shipping prices are calculated automatically via during the checkout process.
Shipping Options:
FedEx Ground*: 1-5 business days following shipment
FedEx Home Delivery*: 1-5 business days following shipment,
(TuesdayÐSaturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.)
FedEx Two Day: 2 business days following shipment
FedEx Overnight: Next business day by 10am following shipment
Note: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may add up to 3-7 days transit time.

6. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, if you have special circumstances, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

7. Do you ship outside the United States?
Tikoli now offers international shipping. International orders cannot, however, be processed via the online store and must be processed manually. Please see our policies page for more infomation,

8. Can I have my order shipped to another address?
Yes, during the check-out process you will be asked to provide your billing address, and you will have the option of providing a separate shipping address as well.

9. How do I track my order?
Visit our customer service page. You will need your order confirmation number from your confirmation email.

10. What is your return/exchange policy?
We will accept returns or exchanges in their original packaging within 30 days of product purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Soiled, used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs will not be refunded and additional shipping costs will be charged for the exchanged/returned item.
Returns charged on credit card will be refunded back to the credit card used to place the order, minus the shipping costs.
Please contact us for a return or exchange authorization number and return/exchange instructions.

11. How do I report damaged shipments?
In the rare occurrence that a damage occurs during shipping, please call us right away at (510) 486-2800 so we can process a claim and/or replacement. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please keep all packing materials and the item until further notice.
Tikoli MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly
upon receipt.

12. What is your privacy policy?
Tikoli does not sell or distribute its customer information or mailing lists under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to complete your order and to keep you informed about Tikoli news and products at your request.

13. Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, Tikoli uses SSL encryption on all credit cards and customer personal data during the order. Once the order is taken the SSL certificate also encrypts the store administration pages as well as the stored customer information.
