Tikoli does not sell or distribute its customer information or mailing lists under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to complete your order and to keep you informed about Tikoli news and products at your request. Tikoli uses SSL encryption on all credit cards and customer personal data during the order. Once the order is taken the SSL certificate also encrypts the store administration pages as well as the stored customer information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping policies below are for US shipments only. (For shipments outsides the USA, see the International Orders section.) on Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after it is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
At this time we do not ship to APO or FPO addresses unless you have special circumstances. In that case, please contact us directly.
All packages will be shipped via FedEx. You may choose between Ground, Home Delivery, Two Day and Overnight during the checkout process. (Take into consideration the 1-3 business days mentioned above).
Transit Times for FedEx
Indicates travel time from our Oakland, CA warehouse to your shipping address. If your items are backordered, we will notify you via email. Your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days after it is placed.
FedEx Ground*: 1-5 business days following shipment
FedEx Home Delivery*: 1-5 business days following shipment,
(Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.)
FedEx Two Day: 2 business days following shipment
FedEx Overnight: Next business day by 10am following shipment
*Times for deliveries within the contiguous US. 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Tikoli now offers international shipping for orders of 4 towels or more. All orders mailed outside of the US will ship via the US Postal Service, Global Priority Mail. Shipping times and rates will vary based on location. Please see additional terms on our international order form.

How to Place Your International Order
To ship your package outside the US, please contact us directly. Download and print this order form and fax it to +1.510.263.5972. (Or email us a scanned copy.)
We will confirm your order via email. If you have not heard back from us within a few days, please contact us. International orders will ship within 1-7 days after the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
1) * This is an estimate for shipping costs to central Europe only.
2) **Total Delivery time is approximately 7-21 days to central Europe, actual delivery time may vary.
3) Seller is not responsible for custom duties or import tariffs, taxes, fees or delays caused by customs. Please be aware that you may be required to pay these additional charges when the package reaches your country. You may wish to verify with your local customs office for estimates of these charges and for further information.
4) Tikoli reserves the right to limit quantities ordered. Tikoli also reserves the right to refuse sales where credit card information cannot be verified, or is otherwise suspect.
